July 15 - A Rare Evening with Chefs Andrew Zimmern & Hosea Rosenberg at Blackbelly
Indulge in a unique opportunity to engage with culinary luminaries Andrew Zimmern (Emmy and James Beard Award winner, TV personality, and writer) and Hosea Rosenberg (James Beard Semi-finalist, Michelin Award-winning Chef/Owner of BLACKBELLY, Boulder, CO), as they collaborate on an unforgettable multi-course wine pairing dinner. Each dish and pairing will be crafted in response to the intriguing question: "What does rare mean to you?"
This dining experience will showcase uncommon ingredients, innovative techniques, and unique varietals, accompanied by a guided tasting led by the chefs and contributors. Event proceeds will benefit Sophie's Neighborhood, a Colorado-based 501c3 nonprofit funding vital pediatric rare disease research.

VIP Experience: 5:30-6:30pm (limited tickets, main event to follow), $500 pp
Meet Andrew Zimmern and Hosea Rosenberg in an intimate space while enjoying cocktails and delicacies. Photo opportunities, personalized and signed Andrew Zimmern book included, rare and exclusive culinary gift bag.
GENERAL ADMISSION : 6:30-10pm, $300 pp
Enjoy a 5-course wine pairing menu featuring rare and remarkable ingredients, techniques, and varietals, with a guided tasting presented by the chefs. 2 copies of Andrew’s book included.
June 18 - Lyons Farmette Farm Dinner
Exquisite, chef-led farm-to-table dinners offer amazing culinary experiences while raising needed funds for non-profits. These immersive community dinners are held on Wednesday evenings from June through September at the Lyons Farmette, and the Sophie’s Neighborhood dinner with Blackbelly is coming on 6/18
July 26 - Hogback Twister Challenge
Calling all motorcycle riders and enthusiasts of rock n roll good vibes. Ride some of Colorado’s best canyon roads, sweeping bends, sharp hairpins and captivating landscape while supporting our fund-raising cause.
Nine canyons plus the Peak to Peak Highway, spanning 350 miles cutting through the Dakota Hogback Ridge between Fort Collins and Evergreen.
A true challenge of endurance, with the combination of breathtaking scenery, endless twists and turn, mountain vistas and a good chance of deer and other smaller animals on the road, riders will need to be ever vigilant during this challenging 9 hour ride.
A portion of every participant’s ticket includes a donation to Sophie’s Neighborhood.
Whether or not you ride! Enjoy the after party with live music, food from Chef HOSEA ROSENBERG of Blackbelly & Santo, beer by 805 Beer and good vibes for Sophie’s Neighborhood. If you are NOT RIDING and you would like to attend the after party, purchase your ticket here.
